We work across Santa Fe — from the East Historic District's strict HDARB review processes to the Eastside's adobe vernacular and the newer South Capitol neighborhoods. Most of our restoration work happens within these few miles.
Style & vernacular
Adobe, territorial, Pueblo Revival, contemporary. The vernacular varies block to block, and we work in each like a native speaker.
Lot & permitting context
The City of Santa Fe Historic Design & Archeological Review Board (HDARB) governs most of our restoration work. We've worked with them for thirty years.
